YOCOFOBA is managed by a board of five founding members who set the organization’s policy and vision. They are also responsible for approving projects proposed by the executive committee.
The executive committee, which handles the day-to-day activities of the organization, is made up of 8 dynamic members, headed by a President. Additionally, the organization has 5 volunteers who contribute to its success.
