Founder/President
MBIFI Valentine MBIFI is the founder and President of YOCOFOBA. As an Assistant Agricultural Engineer, he is deeply involved in community development and civil society activism. Known for his ambition, generosity, and thoughtfulness, MBIFI is a determined yet calm individual who inspires others to pursue their dreams and beliefs.
Born in Kedjom Keku, Cameroon, MBIFI completed his secondary and high school education at FONAB College and GTHS Bamenda. He earned a diploma in agriculture from the Regional College of Agriculture Bambili in 2010 and began his career as a Senior Agricultural Technician with MINADER in 2011, eventually becoming the Chief of the Agric. Post Misaje. In 2016, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and Agricultural Sciences from the University of Dschang and is currently pursuing advanced studies in agriculture at Nagoya University in Japan.
Before moving to Japan, MBIFI served as the Director of the Community Education and Action Center (CEAC) Belo from 2016 to 2023 and as the Farm Management Counselor for the PCP-ACEFA program in the Boyo Division from 2017 to 2023.
