Akwo Kelvin N.
Secretary General and Public Relation Officer
Akwo Kelvin N. is a Cameroonian by birth, a pedagogue by training, a community development agent by experience and a civil society activist by passion – with special focus on youth empowerment, grassroots community mobilization and sustainable development. He equally has a special knack for peace advocacy, radio panelist, philanthropy, social entrepreneurship. Volunteering is his Modus Vivendi.
He is a panelist on the radio programs; “Youth Horizons” on CBS Radio Bamenda and “Youth Forum” on CRTV Bamenda. In these programs he contributes invariably on sensitizing youths on peace, entrepreneurship, culture, civic responsibilities, etc. He is co-founder of YOCOFOBA and the Secretary General of this organization that mobilizes youths for community development.
He has been a secondary school educator since 2012 teaching Economics and Commercial Studies in several schools besides equally serving as class adviser, club coordinator and head of department. Akwo is an executive of the Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC) since 2013 permitting him to partake in many national workshops and seminars. He is currently an MSc student in the Economics Department of the faculty of Economics and Management Science of the University of Bamenda. He understands two international languages English and French.
